Lowry, Armstrong Cruise Past West Celebrities
In Kyle Lowry’s coaching debut under guest Head Coach Jemele Hill of ESPN, the Eastern Celebrities cruised past their Western opponents in a blow out 88-59 victory to win the 2017 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.
Former NBA player and the East’s Brad Armstrong ran away with the event’s M.V.P. award putting up 16-points and 15-rebounds in the win. Actor Win Butler followed up his 2016 M.V.P. performance, tallying 22-points and 11-boards in the winning effort. On the Western side, Rapper Romeo Miller, formerly known as Lil’ Romeo, led the losing team with 18-points and 6-boards. Actor Hasan Minhaj added 13 of his own points as well.
Now internet sensation, ‘BdotAdot5’ wowed the crowd with some impressive James Harden impersonations and ‘White Chocolate’ Jason Williams turned the clock back showing off some of his wicked passing skills.
