NBA All-Star Workouts

NBA All-Star Training

Behind the Scenes of NBA All-Star Weekend

Even when the work stops, the work never truly stops.

In honour of the 2017 NBA All-Star Weekend, we take a look at how the best of the best get ready to shine under the bright lights of the All-Star Game and all of the All-Star festivities. When the likes of a LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, and Russell Westbrook stand under the same roof, you can bet the competition is running ferociously in ‘The Big Easy’.

How do the world’s greatest prepare? Well, let’s take a quick look at what it really takes to succeed on the NBA’s biggest stage of the midseason.

Zach LaVine may be a human pogo stick, but the weight room is where the extra air-time is created. Natural ability alone does not lead to two-straight Slam Dunk crowns.

Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokounmpo got his first taste of practice, working on his shot and post moves prior to the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge.

No matter where the best NBA Athletes train, be it in the weight room or on the court, during All-Star Weekend they will be showcasing their incredible talents to the entire basketball world and there is no doubt that they train to be ready!
