On Wednesday, Laker power forward Julius Randle’s personal trainer, Amoila Cesar revealed what the grind is like for the guys who do not get to enjoy the trials and tribulations of the NBA Playoffs, and well, it looks like the best in the game definitely do not take much time off.
In just three weeks of work, the 22-year old Kentucky Wildcat alum transformed his body, acquiring washboard abs, while developing his shoulders, arms, and chest.
Even away from the playoff spotlight, the grind in the NBA never takes a day off!
