NBA Stars React to Trump’s Comments Regarding Curry, Anthem
This past weekend President Donald Trump made headlines and yet again, it was for all the wrong reasons.
Voicing his displeasure with NFL players kneeling for the anthem, urging NFL owners to suspend or fire their players for “disrespecting” the flag and the country, Trump also spoke about Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry wishing to skip the Warriors championship visit to the White House. President Trump subsequently took back the invitation which Curry had zero interest in to begin with.
Due to his string of controversial statement made over the weekend, the NBA has united and went to Twitter to speak out against the President. From LeBron James to Kobe Bryant, to the commissioner, tensions are very quickly reaching a boiling point.

With everything that's going on in our country, why are YOU focused on who's kneeling and visiting the White House??? #StayInYoLane

A #POTUS whose name alone creates division and anger. Whose words inspire dissension and hatred can't possibly "Make America Great Again"
