NBA Investigating 2011 Sexual Assault Allegations Against Mark Cuban
On the court, things are not looking great for the Dallas Mavericks, but it looks like the organization off court issues may be even worse.
The NBA is reportedly investigating 2011 sexual assault allegation stemmed against Mavs team owner Mark Cuban. According to the report, the prosecutors have decided to not pursue further actions in the case. According to the allegations, Cuban put his hands down the pants of a female at a Portland nightclub and touched her inappropriately while inebriated. Cuban came to the establishment with an entourage that included then Minnesota Timberwolves star Kevin Love.
The prosecutor wrote that “there is no evidence to corroborate the complaint’s statement and there is evidence contradicting the claim.” The woman pressing charges against Cuban wished to not proceed with the allegation.
Cuban aggressively denied the claims.
