It’s back to the drawing board for the Toronto Raptors because the Milwaukee Bucks found their guy.
Shortly after meeting with team cornerstones Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, the Bucks made it official, announce Mike Budenholzer as the new head coach of the franchise. The former head coach of the Atlanta Hawks parted ways with the team early in the offseason siting a difference in ideologies, very quickly finding a new spot in the league.
The new contract is a four-year deal for Coach Bud who also auditioned with the Raptors, Phoenix Suns and the New York Knicks. According to reports, the former San Antonio Spurs assistant met with the Raptors on Monday, but came away without a contract offer.
