NBA Players Hard at Work During Offseason
August is a quiet time in the NBA. Most of the top free agents have signed, and training camp is still over a month away. However, for those who get paid millions to play the game, the summer months are an opportunity to get better, and to prepare themselves for the upcoming season.
Here is a look at some players for whom the word “offseason” does not compute:
Boxing can be a great way to improve your strength, endurance and hand-eye coordination. Apparently Aaron Gordon agrees.
At 22, Ben Simmons already has little trouble bulling through defenders on his way to the rim. The thought of him putting on even more muscle is scary.
Kristaps Porzingis knows the gym is not the only place to build muscle. Perhaps he hit the blacktop after?
