Derrick Rose Explodes for 50-Points in Emotional Wolves Victory
It was an emotional win for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
With word coming that Jimmy Butler is ready to sit to expedite the trading process, the short-handed Wolves played host to one of the Western Conference’s top teams in the Utah Jazz. A game which may have gone the wrong way for the Wolves early was saved by none other than Derrick Rose who had himself a massive night.
The former MVP who has struggled to stay healthy over the past half-decade turned back the clock on Halloween night, pouring in 50-points in the victory. The 30-year old was backed by a big 28-point and 16-rebound performance from Karl Anthony-Towns.
Following the game, an emotional and teary eyed Rose received a massive outpouring of support from his NBA peers.
