We love watching the NBA’s love affair with real estate as much as you do, and we just got word that Chris Bosh is selling this beautiful estate in Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades for $14.5 million. The news comes not long after the power forward slash centre signed a $118-million, five-year contract with the Miami Heat. The mansion spans 10,700 square feet of living space on a 1.45-acre property overlooking Topanga Canyon and the Pacific Ocean. It features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, plus an epic kitchen and a jaw-dropping pool out back (yes, that’s a swim-up bar). According to the LA Times, Bosh bought the property back in 2012, about a year after it was completed, for $9.4 million. Not a bad investment, CB4.
