According to France 24, the world’s most expensive apartment—valued at roughly $400 million USD—is hitting the market. The five-bedroom penthouse spans the top five floors of the Tour Odéon, a new development built along Monaco’s waterfront. The building features amenities such as an in-house luxury caterer, spa, gym and private media area. We’re guessing that even with a $62 million annual income (according to Forbes), even Kobe Bryant, the most well-compensated basketball player in the world, would have trouble paying off that mortgage.
To check out the rest of the penthouse, or to pony up a cool half-billion dollars, visit Tour Odéon’s website.
