Delivering on a promise he made earlier this month, Chris Douglas-Roberts will be paying homage to the NBA of yesteryear by playing next season in short shorts, not unlike those worn by John Stockton. The Los Angeles Clippers tweeted the photo on the left showing Douglas-Roberts wearing a pair of  NBA shorts that hit well above the knees for a media day photoshoot. The image has already ignited a debate among fans over the so-called “proper” length players should wear. Many took exception to the swingman’s style choice.
