Everybody knew that when Akron’s prodigal son proclaimed his imminent return to the city that raised him, the transition wouldn’t be easy. LeBron James famously dumped the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Miami Heat in 2010, leaving many Ohioans feeling betrayed. However, as his new TV spot for Beats by Dre offers, James seems like he’s feeling more at home than ever. The commercial revisits several of his childhood haunts, including his old high school basketball court, and gives us a few glimpses of him as a kid.
