Just in time for All-Star Weekend, Nike has transformed New York’s Zoom City Arena into a basketball court featuring a massive LED floor. (You can see a video of the court in action on YouTube). The result is a fully playable surface that can display graphics and video. It is also capable of running virtual basketball training programs, which visitors will be able to take part in alongside Nike athletes and Master Trainers to learn their favourite players’ moves.
If you’re in the Big Apple for the All-Star Weekend, head to Nike’s website to sign up for court access. The facility will be open Feb. 13-15 from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
