Being unable to cop tickets to the NBA Playoffs is the least of one Houston man’s worries. A guy wearing a full police uniform was arrested trying to gain access to the Toyota Centre as the Rockets squared off against the Dallas Mavericks Tuesday night. According to KHOU, 58-year-old James Pierce allegedly flashed a badge to a stadium security guard and asked to be let inside, saying that he had stepped outside to take a phone call. The guard grew suspicious and detained him while checking out his story—though how he saw through that convincing moustache is beyond us. Pierce was charged with impersonating a police officer. The Rockets fared much better: the team won 111-99 to take the 2-0 lead in the series.
