Infused with street style elements, One Man’s coats make use of a 99.9 per cent waterproof internal membrane that keeps you high and dry while allowing the body to breathe. The outer shell is dosed with a water-repellant DWR treatment so that water beads right off, while the inside’s lined with toasty micro fleece to keep you comfortable on those cool, stormy days. You’ll be covered no matter which jacket you choose.
The most minimalist design in the line, the Wanderer can be considered One Man’s jacket of all trades. Great for both urban and outdoor environments, it features a hidden zipper, roomy hood and slimmed-down silhouette in a classic herringbone fabric. Two top-flap side pockets and one on the chest provide your goods with extra protection in the event of a downpour. This design comes in taupe and army green.
Borrowing its look from the classic four-pocket military coat, the Stratus has plenty of room for your everyday carry. The detachable hood gives the street-inspired cargo jacket even more versatility for when you need it. The Stratus come in black, olive green and—for the bold—a bright red that’ll stand out in a storm.
The Provider is One Man’s dressiest number. It comes sporting details you’d normally find on a more formal coat, such as a centre vent, angled side pockets and even an outer fabric that mimics the look of wool. The removable hood comes off to reveal a classy collar beneath, ensuring that the jacket looks as good with a shirt and tie as it does teamed up with a pair of broken-in jeans. This one’s available in dark and light charcoal colourways.
The collection is due to drop in October 2015. You can head over to their Kickstarter page before it ends on July 13 to contribute to the campaign and cop a coat of your own.
