Become a Better Point Guard Overnight

It took many long hours for the likes of John Wall, Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul, and Damian Lillard to become the players they are today. Not only are all four guards proven scorers, they are also exceptional leaders and floor generals, traits that come with true point guards who have honed their craft, working tirelessly at becoming the best at the position that they could be.

To become the best point guard you can be, you can perform similar workouts to what the great guards of the league do either during the pre-season to get better or in-season to continue to stay on top of their game.

The following workout is designed to be done at full speed and should take less than an hour to complete.
