Is Phil Jackson Looking to Trade Star Kristaps Porzingis?
Things are getting very testy in New York as the NBA Draft looms.
In his three-year tenure with the Knicks organization, executive Phil Jackson has really only done one good thing for the franchise – draft Kristaps Porzingis.
Now, it seems like Jackson is willing to part ways with the only good he has brought to ‘The Big Apple’. Reports close to the team are speculating that the Knicks may even trade the Latvian big man on Draft night and Phoenix may be his destination.
While the Suns are reportedly uninterested in parting ways with Devin Booker, Phil Jackson is said to have a lot of interest in their number four pick.

Conflict between Porzingis and the team began at the conclusion of this past regular season when Porzingis decided to skip the Knicks’ exit meeting to head back home to Latvia early. With tensions rising in New York, there is probably a very good reason as to why Porzingis wanted no part of what was most likely a very toxic meeting environment.
