NBA Stars Voice Support for Houston Amidst Horrific Over-flooding
Over the past few days, the city of Houston has faced incredible hardships as Hurricane Harvey’s relentless downpour has flooded the streets.
Millions of dollars have already been raised in an effort to help those people in need. Over 300,000 civilians have lost power, thousands have been rescued from the rising water levels, and billions of dollars have been lost on property damage. Stars of NBA are doing there part, with players like Chris Paul donating $50,000 towards the cause. Houston Rocket’s owner Leslie Alexander donated $10-million of his own.
Players have also turned to Twitter to voice their support for the people of Houston.
