Philadelphia 76ers Working Towards Finding Finalists for GM Job
It seems as though the Philadelphia 76ers general manager search is coming to an end.
Or at least a light is finally visible at the end of the tunnel.
It appears that the Sixers are willing to look outside of their organization for candidates as they have come across three potential finalists in their ongoing search. The Sixers were granted permission to interview Larry Harris, the current assistant general manager of the Golden State Warriors, Gersson Rossas who has worked for the Houston Rockets for nearly two decades, and Justin Zanik, a player agent with front office experience from his time with the Milwaukee Bucks and the Utah Jazz.
Harris himself, has previously served as the general manager of the Bucks.
Currently, Brett Brown is the Sixers’ interim general manager following the ugly divorce between the organization and Bryan Colangelo.
All things considered, the Sixers are definitely on the right track, eying names who have worked for multiple successful organizations.
