How do the NBA’s Best Stay Fuelled on Game Day

A lot of work goes into the getting ready for action.

For NBA players, it is just as important to focus on recovery as it is to train hard. Recovery can take many forms, primarily taking the right supplements after workouts to get stronger and drinking the necessary fluids to get back onto the court playing at their best in-game.

Every NBA player has their preferred go-to and it is what helps them stay on top of their game and compete against the best.
