Miami Heat to Retire Chris Bosh’ Number on March 26
A big part of the Miami Heat championship years, Chris Bosh is set to get honoured by his former team.
On March 26, the Heat will retire Bosh’ number at halftime on the night they play host to the Orlando Magic. Bosh joined the Heat after spending his first seven NBA seasons with the Toronto Raptors. Joining forces with Dwyane Wade and LeBron James, the Heat would go onto form the Big Three and reach the NBA Finals in four consecutive season, winning two championships over the span.

Bosh averaged 18 points and 7.3 rebounds across 384 career games with the Heat and was dubbed “without a doubt, one of the greatest players in the history of the franchise” according to Miami’s executive Pat Riley.
Joining Alonzo Mourning, Tim Hardaway, and Shaquille O’Neal, Bosh will be the fourth player in team history to see his number retired.
