Toronto Raptors Sign Sharpshooter Jodie Meeks to 10-Day Contract
As the All-Star break is in the rear view mirror, the Toronto Raptors continue to add to their roster.

A career 37-percent three point shooter, Meeks has yet to play in a game this season after testing positive for a banned performance enhancer last season as a part of the Washington Wizards. His 25-game suspension carried over into this regular season.
He was traded from the Wizards to the Milwaukee Bucks last October, but was waived by the team at the end of November without suiting up for a single game.
A low-risk, high-reward sign, Meeks gives the Raptors an extra floor spacer off the bench who has consistently been an above average three point shooter. The key for Meeks now shall be to catch up to game speed as quickly as possible.
