Blake Griffin to Miss First Playoff Round Matchup vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Blake Griffin picked up a technical foul in Game 1 of the Detroit Pistons first round matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks and that may be the most Griffin can do in this series.
Following a blow out loss, in which Giannis Antetokounmpo overwhelmed the Pistons amassing 24 points and grabbing down 17 boards in just 23 minutes of play, it was reported that Blake Griffin may miss the entire first round as he continues to nurse a left knee injury. Griffin has had the issue for the past several weeks and even missed the team’s must-win regular season finale against the New York Knicks.

There is no structural damage in the knee and it remains unclear as to how serious the injury is.
The Bucks won Game 1 by a score of 121-86 with Game 2 slated for Wednesday night.
Griffin has continued to evolve his game to remain one of the game’s most effective players despite a reduction in his supreme athletic ability. The Oklahoma alum cracked his sixth All-Star team, while averaging 24.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 5.4 assists, while shooting an impressive 36.2-percent from long range.
