How Does Doing Yoga Improve Your Game on the Court

What?

I’m not kidding, guys, but yoga can be a very helpful tool to help your game on the court.

Think about it. The repetitive tasks that a basketball player must perform, be it running, cutting, and jumping, it all takes a toll on the human body, leading to tight hamstrings, sore hip flexors, and tight Achilles tendons. No matter the age, it is something all basketball players of any level deal regularly.

Yoga is a good exercise which can help ballers stretch, strengthen and increase the mobility of their muscles, while also working on both stability, flexibility, and balance.
