LeVert was the first draft pick of the Nets current general manager, Sean Marks. Showing great promise to start the previous season, LeVert suffered a gruesome lower body injury. In 40 games in his third NBA campaign, LeVert averaged 13.7 points on 42.9-percent shooting from the field. The 6-foot-7 forward also shot an underwhelming 31.2-percent from long range.
With his leg injury in the rear-view mirror, LeVert will now look to become an important piece of a very talented and new-look nets squad.
