Joe Johnson Signs a Partially Guaranteed Deal with the Detroit Pistons
The most dominant player in BIG3 history is coming back to the NBA.
After a one year hiatus, Joe Johnson wrecked havoc on the BIG3 stage and his high level of play could not be ignored by a number of NBA teams. Following the Finals win, Johnson worked out for a few NBA teams, including the Los Angeles Clippers and Brooklyn Nets, but ultimately chose to sign with the Detroit Pistons.

ISO Joe signed a one-year, partially guaranteed deal with the Pistons and will join his new team for the start of training camp.
A six-time All-Star, Johnson last played during the 2017-18 NBA season, splitting time between the Utah Jazz and Houston Rockets. He averaged 6.8 points per game, while shooting a rather pedestrian 40.6-percent from the field. The Pistons are hoping that Johnson is able to take his BIG3 magic and translate it back over to the NBA.
