Utah Jazz, Head Coach Quin Snyder Agree to Long-Term Extension

On Saturday, the Utah Jazz announced that the organization has agreed to a long-term extension with one of the bright head coaches in the entire league.

Quin Snyder, who is now entering his sixth season as the team’s head coach, has received some added term as Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN points out, that his new deal will add “multiple years” to the already two years remaining on his current contract. Over his time as the head coach of the Jazz, Snyder has accumulated a record of 227-183, and has helped turn the Jazz into a legitimate Western Conference playoff contender.

The Jazz have big plans and expectations for this upcoming season.

Earlier in the Summer, the Jazz acquired veteran point guard Mike Conley, after which they added Bojan Bogdanovic, Emmanuel Mudiay, Ed Davis, and Jeff Green in free agency.
