Toronto Raptors Superfan Nav Bhatia to be Honoured by Hall of Fame
There is no better time to be a fan of the Toronto Raptors.
Over All-Star Weekend, Hall of Fame chairman Jerry Colangelo announced that Raptors superfan Nav Bhatia will be honoured at this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony. Bhatia, who hasn’t missed a single Raptors game since the organization started in 1995 will be forever immortalized in the new gallery to be unveiled at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
“For all you’ve done for the sport in Canada there is no one more deserving,” the Raptors organization tweeted from their official Twitter.

The Hall of Fame announced that they plan to institute a new gallery to honour the game’s biggest, most recognizable superfans.
Over the past 25 years, Bhatia has become one of the most internationally recognizable Canadian figures. Immigrating to Canada back in 1984 following anti-Sikh riots in his home of India, Bhatia now owns one of the most popular car dealerships in the country. He has also started his own nonprofit organization that looks too raise money to build basketball courts and camps for children not only in Canada, but around the world.
