Warriors Star Draymond Green Signs Shoe Deal with Converse

Converse is making a resurgence in the NBA.

After signing Phoenix Suns star Kelly Oubre, the shoe brand locked up former All-Star and multiple-time NBA champion Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors. Dropping Nike, Green now becomes the highest profile NBA player on the Converse roster since Dwyane Wade.

The terms of the deal have yet to be confirmed.

In what has been an injury-riddled season for the Warriors, the former Defensive Player of the Year has averaged 8 points, 6.2 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game. He is currently sidelined with a knee ailment.
