
NBA Launches Global “NBA Together” Campaign in Light of Pandemic
Despite the hiatus, the NBA remains very active on the global outreach front.
Over the first week of quarantine, 18 NBA and WNBA created public service announcement videos promoting social distancing, and preaching health information to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus. These videos have been viewed over 37 million times across the league’s social media platforms.

The league will now look to use its powerful global voice and influence to launch NBA Together, a global community and social engagement campaigned aimed towards engaging and educating fans during these difficult times.
Know the Facts, Acts of Caring, Expand Your Community, and NBA Together Live are the four pillars of the newly launched program. The NBA Together program will also look to help raise over $50 million to support people and communities impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.
