Raptors Serge Ibaka Staying Fit and Ready During Self-Quarantine Period
Nothing will stop Serge Ibaka from getting his workout in.
The Toronto Raptors big man is making the most out of this self-quarantine period by creating a gym in his Toronto home and continuing to exercise during the NBA’s hiatus. Being limited to resources for at least another two weeks, Ibaka is not skipping a beat when it comes to his fitness.
Between dumbbells, a yoga mat, and resistance bands, Ibaka is able to stay healthy and fit during what will be a tedious and confusing next few weeks.
Sending love and positivity to everyone staying at home during this health crisis. I hope some of you feel inspired to exercise at home and to stay healthy and in shape! pic.twitter.com/MtEo7Jpy6b

In the midst of what was a career season for the veteran center, Ibaka has averaged 16 points and 8.3 rebounds across 50 games played this season. He has also been shooting a very efficient 51.8 percent from the field and a career best 39.8 percent from long range.
It doesn’t take a lot of equipment and we got to keep doing whatever we can to remain fit and healthy!
