Raptors Serge Ibaka Donates Scarves to City of Toronto Amid Lockdown
He is the gift that keeps on giving.
From his hilarious How Bored Are You? segments to him stating his wish to remain with the Toronto Raptors long term, Serge Ibaka has truly transformed into one of Canada’s most likeable professional athletes.
Truly, where would we be in our quarantine without the entertainment that Ibaka has provided for all of us?
Well, seems like Ibaka continues to give back as the Toronto Raptors big man has donated his popular oversized scarves to the City of Toronto for auction amid the COVID-19 global pandemic.

“Thank you Serge Ibaka for your generosity and being a role model by staying home to reduce the spread of COVID19,” Medical Officer of Health Dr. Eileen de Villa tweeted on Saturday morning. “The scarf is more than art. We can use it when keeping 6 feet from others is difficult, like grocery shopping.”
Toronto mayor John Tory thanked Ibaka and the team for their donation and their continued efforts to encourage people to stay inside and social distance during these unprecedented times.
We must protect Serge Ibaka at all cost!
