Game Postponed due to Contact Tracing, Positive tests within Raptors
According to a report by The Athletic’s Shams Charania, the Raptors-Bulls game scheduled for Sunday, February 28th at 7pm EST has been postponed. The game postponement comes after positive test results within the team, as well as ongoing contact tracing.
As result, the Raptors do not have at least eight players that are required to proceed in playing against the Bulls. The Raptors have been one of the few NBA teams this season that have been COVID-19 free, and haven’t had any game postponements until now. Per NBA COVID-19 protocols, the postponed game will be rescheduled at a later date in the second half of the season.
