Former Raptors Fan Favorite Makes Surprise Appearance on The Masked Singer
Jose Calderon isn’t only good at basketball.
The former Toronto Raptors point guard and fan favorite is keeping busy in retirement as the 39-year old made his debut on the Spanish version of The Masked Singer.
In case you are not familiar with the show’s concept, the way it goes is celebrity guests disguise their identify and show off their singing talents. In his debut on the show, Calderon dressed up as a dog and performed Bailando by the infamous Enrique Iglesias for the round of judges.

And let me be the first one to tell ya, he wasn’t that bad!
Calderon last played in the NBA in 2019 with the Detroit Pistons. He spent the majority of his career with the Toronto Raptors, averaging 10 points and 7.2 assists per game over eight seasons with the franchise.
Maybe Calderon will soon be singing the national anthem at a Raptors game.
